1. Wedge Units
Wedge Units take the place of flip or swing jacks. As the HI-LITE form is telescopic, flip jacks are not required on most jobs. The wedge units are faster, and easier to set and a great deal easier to strip, saving considerable time and labour. The wedges adjust from 125 mm (5") to 200 mm (8") and additional attachable blocks from standard beams are available to enable a drop of up to 560 mm (22").
2. Hydraulic Jack Dolly
Hydraulic Jack Dolly raises or lowers the truss from 520 mm (20-1/2") down to 90 mm (3- 1/2"). Jack Dollies enable the form to be easily moved in any direction to the exact position and levelled, saving crane time, filler strips, and labour cost dramatically. If further lowering is required, the truss is lowered via telescoping.
3. Form Movers
Form Movers are used to move the form to be placed against one wall, saving filler strips on one side and also to raise the form off the resting blocks for placing Roll Out Rollers, once again saving time and labour.
4. Form Moving Dolly
Form Moving Dolly has two independent 200mm (8”) swivel castors that are connected to an arm which is easily connected with Bolts to the H-section. Four form moving dollies are used to roll the fly form over relatively rough surfaces, whether level or slightly sloped. With these dollies two men can easily move most forms in any direction

5. Roll Out Rollers
Roll Out Rollers are approximately 45 mm (1-3/4") high. Roller bearings and bearing guides keep the form straight and make for very easy rolling, saving time and man power.
6. Top Chord Screw Jacks
Top Chord Screw Jacks complement the fly form by allowing easy adjustment for different ceiling heights when edge and drop beam configurations are being supported.
 7. Top Chord Splice Plates
Top Chord Splice Plates are special nesting structural aluminum shapes joining top chord truss modules together using bolts. They are also used to extend the top chord.
 8. Pick Brackets
Pick Brackets can be placed anywhere along the top chord, to facilitate level flying. They simplify hooking crane chains and make flying faster and e a s i e r . K e e p t h e m reasonably close together so that the rear chains can be hooked up with bottom chord still far enough in the building. We recommend 6' to 12' apart, depending on length of form.
 9. H-Section
The H-Section is designed to allow multiple fine adjustments to the strut positioning allowing a greater
range of truss heights. It also acts as a bottom chord splice.

 10. Beam Clips With T-Head Bolts
Beam Clips with T-Head Bolts secure one beam to another or hold components to a beam or a top chord. Note the tapered head of T-bolt and bevel on beam slot to simplify alignment. The course thread provides a non jamming nut while speeding up assembly - just spin the nut and tighten.

11. Top And Bottom Chords

The Top Chords are fabricated from special aluminum channels. They can also be used as wall form Strong backs. Bottom Chords are a special bell shaped extrusion, designed to complement the form movers.

12. Cross Braces
Cross Braces are available in a wide range of sizes, from 1.22 m (4') to 5.2 m (17'). The cross braces are attached to the diagonal struts using our fast snap on jet locks.
13. Telescopic Struts & Support Pins
Inner And Outer Struts are telescopic. Truss heights are efficiently varied by changing support pin positions on the struts. This feature simplifies raising or lowering the truss for edge beam clearance or adjusting for slabs of different heights. Hook up the crane, pull the top pins, raise the form, pull the bottom pins and reset at the desired height (see manual).
14. Guard Rail Post Holders
Guard Rail Post Holders accept 2" x 4" lumber or 1.9" tubing for safety requirements.

15. Joist Beams
Hi-lite standard Joist Beams incorporate a plastic or wood nailing strip securely fastened inside the beam.
