Features:
Wider flanges to resist overturning.
Reinforced side flanges resist bending and retain beam clips.
12mm (1/2") T-bolt slots provide for easy fastening of beams and stringers to their supports or to each other.
Bevels on T-bolt slots provide for fast alignment of T-bolt components.
Wood insert allows for nailing or screwing down plywood decking.
Hollow beams are designed to allow 2x4 and 2x6 wood members to be inserted in order to extend the length of the beam.

Benefits:
Significant labour and material savings
Compared with wood, aluminum beams eliminate as much as 1/3 of the horizontal members and up to 50% reduction in vertical supports.
Reduced weight of the beams minimize worker fatigue and strain, and improves worker efficiency, as aluminum beams are very easy to handle.
Advantages become even more apparent as shoring height increases.

  1. Nailing Strip
Uses 2 x 2 nailing strip secured with screws for easy replacement
  2. Heavy Top Flange
Heavy top flange for increased strength and reduced damage.
  3. Extruded aluminum alloy
Extruded from special aluminum alloy with yield strength higher then common steel shapes.
  4. Short Web
Short web provides high resistance to buckling.
  5. Concave Base
Concave base eliminates instability, keeping the beam perpendicular.
  6. T- bolt Slot
T-bolt slot accepts standard 1/2 in. bolt with square, hex. or special T-heads.
