Modular Aluminum Shoring Our 25K Modular Aluminum Shoring system is a versatile, demountable system. The inside panel ledgers can be simply and quickly removed from the frame, converting the legs into post shores. The same ledgers can be used with two lighter capacity legs (10K, 16K) of the same design. This feature enables inventory to be kept to a minimum, with reduction in storage area. The speed of assembly enables shipping costs to be dramatically reduced from the factory or long hauls. Our Modular Shoring Systems are available in 10 kip, 16 kip and 25 kip sizes to handle just about any sized job, no matter how big or small. Aluminum

Its telescopic modular concept reduces the skilled manpower required for assembly and use. Our telescopic fly forming system is capable of flying from one floor to the next without using large cumbersome lowering jacks, and is ideally suited for any multi-storey application. Condominiums, apartments, townhouses, large bay shopping malls, below grade structures and tunnels can be constructed with reduced cycle time and crane time and minimized material waste such as filler strips. |

Aluminum Beam Wall Forms We manufacture three separate styles of wall forms, which range from all aluminum - to a combination of aluminum and plywood, either hand set or gang formed with specially designed aluminum beam strongbacks. The use of these aluminum components allows strength where required while realizing savings in weight, labour, crane time and employee fatigue. Hi-Lite's Aluminum Beam Wall Forms can be constructed from a variety of our different Aluminum Beams and Strongbacks.
