LAYOUT CAD DRAWINGS & ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS
We
provide Shoring, Scaffolding and Re-shoring layout CAD drawings with Engineer's
Approval and all necessory design, calculations and structural analysis
using advanced computer programs.

Another example of how our engineers can help you is Hi-Lite's work with Ellis Don to adapt our standard aluminum scaffolding for the special requirements of the Princess Margaret Hospital project in Toronto. It had been clear for some time that single-pole shores were not suitable for reshoring floors with above standard slab to slab heights. This problem was particularly acute for the 22-storey hospital project which had floor heights varying from 11.7 to 16.9 ft. Faced with the extensive requirement of placing scaffold frames, Hi-Lite Systems worked with Ellis Don to adapt our standard aluminum scaffolding for use as a single post shore. The result is a pole shore made from heavy duty aluminum (25 kips) frame leg components. The outer tube consists of a nine foot long section of the aluminum 25 kip per leg system and is supported on a 25 kip system screwjack (32" long) |

In house testing facility with all modern equipment will serve you in
testing all Shoring and Scaffolding eqiupment with test reports which
satisfy CSA and SSFI standards.

JOBSITE SERVICES
We provide on jobsite services such as Equipment
Installation, Trianing, Inspection, Pre-concrete Inspection and Engineer's
APPROVAL.

EQUIPMENT ESTIMATION
We
also provide Equipment Estimation services for your Bidding and Tendering
