Scaffolding, at Hi-Lite Systems, is a subject to which we attach a great deal of importance.  One reason is historical. The other has to do with safety.

Scaffolding is how we came to be in the business of manufacturing structural support systems for the construction industry. Our founder – and still president – George W. Jackson introduced the first of many successful new designs – the ‘single-leg’ scaffold in British Columbia on the Pacific coast of Canada in 1952.

Today, safety is still our primary focus.

Contractors, who visit our site and use our products, are well aware of the gravity of this matter. It is, no doubt, one reason that they choose our company.

Like us, they know that the fatalities and injuries in construction are all preventable (every one of them) when the appropriate equipment is used properly.
