About Us

HI-Lite Systems Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada has been designing and manufacturing concrete support systems for the domestic and international markets for over 30 years. Our "HI-LITE" are made from HI-strength, LITE-weight aluminum, hence our name.

We are the original designer and manufacturer of aluminum shoring frames. Years of experience has gone in to the design and development of each of our products. Our 12 KIP Aluminum Shoring system is now the most advanced shoring system in North America and is rapidly gaining popularity around the world.

Hi-Lite Systems Inc. now manufactures three different sized Modular Shoring Frames that are the "State of The Art" with Safe Working Load (SWL) capacities of 24,000 lbs. for one system, one with a SWL of 50,000 lbs. and one in between.

As well, significant labour and material savings are being achieved by contractors using Hi-Lite Aluminum Beams and Stringers when compared to others. When compared with wood, the aluminum beams eliminate as much as 1/3 of the horizontal members normally required, combined with up to 50% reduction in vertical supports.

We are also setting new standards in the International marketplace by manufacturing an Aluminum Telescopic Fly Form system, capable of flying from one floor to the next without using large cumbersome lowering jacks, common in the marketplace.

Its telescopic, modular concept reduces the manpower required for assembly and use. It is ideally suited for any multiple-storey applications. Condominiums, apartments, townhouses, large bay shopping malls, below grade structures and tunnels can also be constructed faster.

Hi-Lite Systems Inc. has also created an Aluminum Scaffold system, to replace steel scaffolding, which is heavy and awkward. The aluminum system is modern in design, adapting to newer building trends and labour requirements, such as using comfortable, full tread, stair wells instead of ladders.

We also design and manufacture many separate styles of wall forms, which range from hand set to gang formed with specially designed aluminum beams and strongbacks.
