The Project:   Anthony Hendey Roadway - Edmonton   Photos
Description:   6’ overhanging slab with 11” thickness.
The Challenge:   Support a 6’ overhanging slab, 100’ high with screed load of 2800lbs.
The Solution:   Hi-Lite's heavy duty bridge bracket which has a 12,000 lb. capacity but weighs only 58lbs.
The Result:   Project completed prior to deadline.
Our innovative adjustment feature led to substantial labour savings.


 

The Project:   Riverhead Digester    Photos
Description:   Civil project with 40’ high ceiling and 36’ high wall form.
The Challenge:   Circular tank with sloping roof and sloping bottom.
Support 36’ concrete wall while resisting high lateral force.
25k push – pull brace (30’ long) provided resistance.
The Solution:   Hi-Lite's12k light weight shoring frame
The Result:   Mission accomplished! Jasco had the only design capable of resisting the tensile and compressive forces of this project.


 

The Project:   Parking Garage Project in Denver  Photos
Description:   More Info Needed
The Challenge:   5° of slope on top and bottom parking garage slab and re-using the same equipment on typical floor
The Solution:   16k Post Shore - the versatile alternative.
Post shores were used with swivel screw-jack in parking area and converted into flying tables on typical floors 
The Result:   The contractor found this to be the most economical solution and chose it over higher-priced competition.


 

The Project:   Sea to Sky Highway Bridge  Photos
Description:   Improvement of Sea to Sky Highway
The Challenge:   Support the bridge deck 100’ in the air over a railway track.                 
The safety of the workers was a major issue.   
The Solution:   Hi-Lite's aluminum bridge overhang bracket
The fine adjustment feature of the aluminum bridge overhang bracket made it possible for workers perform fine adjustment operations by sitting on the deck.
The Result:   No interruptions to work flow and no labour issues.  


 

The Project:   Borgata Hotel Photos
Description:   50 story hotel and casino
The Challenge:   Produce 73’ long table.Fly 73’ long panel from non-typical to typical floors – 48 floors.
The Solution:   Telescopic fly forms
High strength and light weight
The Result:   A system that provided maximum ease for setting, leveling,rolling,  moving and flying from one floor to another. Testimonial 


 

The Project:   Harrah’s Casino  Photos
Description:   50 story tower
The Challenge:   To make a 76’ long flying form table usable in a 9’ section of a 16’ typical floor without changing the diagonal struts
The Solution:   Aluminum Fly Form
Hi-Lite's unique telescopic struts with 6” increments
The Result:   The contractor used the same table on both the typical and the non-typical floor. No down-time. Testimonial

The Challenge:   Largest highway project ever built in North America
